BREAKING: Governor Baker Assures Worcester Pastor His Right to Worship Will Not Be Infringed Upon This Weekend

In a statement released on the church's Facebook page on Friday, Casey said the governor assured him that his congregation's right to worship would not be infringed upon this weekend. He also said Worcester City Manager Ed Augustus and Worcester police Chief Steve Sargent are working in conjunction with Baker.

CDC issuing guidance at President Trump direction. President Trump said many governors gave exemptions to liquor stores and abortion providers as essential services but did not provide the same exemptions. The President said it is very important that governors open houses of worship immediately and if they do not, he will override governors. I'll update as soon as CDC guidance is issued.
